1. Redesign this bottle
1.1 Adding brand logo
Color decal logo on glass
This is the most common and simplest customization method. Usually, MOQ is 100 units for one design. We put logo decal sticker on the inner glass surface, and then make it in the industrial oven at a high temperature of 540-600 degrees for 2-3 hours. After high-temperature treatment, the logo will adhere firmly to the glass surface and will hardly fall off or fade.
1.2 Laser engraving logo on bamboo lid
This is the fastest and cheapest way to customize. No MOQ. We recommend this method for those customers who want to customize but the purchase quantity is relatively small.
2. Design a pattern
2.1 It can be a simple pattern and logo mixed and printed on one side.
2.2 It can also be a full circle of colorful patterns.
Note: For the design of a full circle pattern, we do not recommend a large area of pattern. The first is the limitation of decal printing. After baking in the oven, if the large-area pattern is not affixed well at the beginning, bubbles will easily appear, destroying the integrity of the design. Therefore, we recommend a sparse and dense design. On the other hand, compared with stainless steel bottles, a major feature of glass bottles is visibility. You can observe the liquid inside through the transparent glass, so it is necessary to leave some blank space.
3. Change the glass color
This is a method that has become popular in recent years. Spraying paint on the glass surface, most people will choose matte white paint and matte color gradient to give the transparent glass a brand new coat.

3.3 Mirror ion plating
Advantages: Visually, ion plating and the glass itself are integrated, giving the illusion of colored glass and giving the glass a colored mirror effect, but in fact, the interior of the glass is still the original transparent color.
Disadvantages: 1. Fingerprints are easy to stick to the surface. 2. The internal water level cannot be observed through the glass. 3. The minimum order quantity is relatively high, usually 3,000 pieces of one color.

The form of the outer packaging, the quality of the paper, and the quality of the printing, all need to be taken into consideration.

Generally, the minimum order quantity is 200 pieces per design. If the quantity is less than 200 pieces, the unit price will be higher. In addition to conventional machine printing, there are many processing methods, such as silver foil, foil stamping, embossed printing, and UV printing, which can add more interesting details to the surface of the packaging.
On the one hand, the role of packaging can increase the texture of the product and increase the added value of the product. On the other hand, packaging can protect the product from being scratched and broken during transportation. Especially for glass bottles, it’s more important.
Through feedback from various previous customers, we have summarized several effective packaging through continuous testing and feedback.
4.3.1 Add bubble bags
The cheapest way. Glass bottles exported to various countries are usually packaged in bubble bags. On the one hand, it can prevent surface scratches, and on the other hand, it can slow down the impact of external forces on the glass to a certain extent, but its effect in this regard is limited. So sometimes we put an extra bubble bag. According to past feedback, although there is no way to completely avoid the problem of glass breakage, putting 2 bubble bags can greatly reduce the probability of breakage during transportation.
4.3.2 Honeycomb cardboard
Advantages: For some customers who don’t like to use plastic, honeycomb cardboard is a relatively environmentally friendly way of protection. Disadvantages: 1. It will increase the size of the packaging box. 2. The minimum order quantity is relatively high, usually 1,000 pieces. 3. Additional costs are required.
4.3.3 Use PE foam to fix the glass
PE foam is also a very effective protection method and has become more and more popular among B2C sellers everywhere in recent years. The glass can be firmly fixed during transportation to prevent collision and damage to the glass.
5. Add accessories
Adding accessories is definitely an effective marketing feature. It costs less to add accessories, but in fact it can give consumers the illusion of taking advantage. For example, if you want 380ml or 420ml, we can adjust the height of the glass to achieve it. Normally, 500ml is the limit for a double-layer glass. We do not recommend larger capacities because it means it is taller and heavier, not easy to carry, and not easy to place.
6.3 Customize glass
If you think 500ml is too small, or the double-layer glass is too heavy, you can choose a single-layer glass. Same size, but with larger capacity.
