How to customize a stylish glass tea bottle?

Especially from 2017 to 2020, with the help of e-commerce platforms and social media marketing, sales achieved super-fast growth. During this period, fitvia has also continuously launched more than 10 types of glass tea bottles. We use fitvia’s glass tea bottles as examples to see how to customize a stylish glass tea bottle.
Customize handle lid
Customize colors
The surface process of the plastic handle lid is electroplating. Compared with ordinary spray paint, the electroplated color is less likely to fall off. The color mirror effect is very bright and the texture is better.
Our stock colors are rose gold, gold, pink, black and silver. If you want customized colors, the minimum order quantity is 3000 pieces per color.
Customize logo
For electroplated plastic lids, we can do embossed logo on side, which means we have to re-make the mold, re-produce and re-electroplating, so the minimum order quantity is relatively high, usually 3,000 pieces per color.
There is also an additional mold fee. If you need a relatively large quantity and plan to sell for a long time, custom embossed logo on lid is a good choice, it will be more unique.
Add logo and text on the stainless steel inside the lid
There are mainly 2 ways.
Embossed logo
The advantage of embossed way is that the logo and text will not change and will not damage the stainless steel surface. But the cost is relatively high, there will be an additional mold fee, and the minimum order quantity is also relatively high.
In addition, because the area is small, there are also requirements for the size of the text. If the text is too small, it will not be pressed out clearly.
Laser logo
Laser is a relatively fast and low-cost way to customize your logo, there is no minimum order quantity, and it is relatively clear.
The disadvantage is that to some extent, the laser is damaging to the stainless steel surface.
Customize logo and pattern on glass
Only brand logo
It’s the most basic method to customize on glass bottle. Most people would choose this method.
Fitvia’s first tea bottle was to add brand logo on glass. It should always be the first choice for any brand.
Brand logo+Pattern
It can be a simple pattern and logo mixed and printed on one side. It can also be a full circle of colorful patterns.
For the design of a full circle pattern, we do not recommend a large area of pattern. The first is the limitation of decal printing. After baking in the oven, if the large-area pattern is not affixed well at the beginning, bubbles will easily appear, destroying the integrity of the design. Therefore, we recommend a sparse and dense design. On the other hand, compared with stainless steel bottles, a major feature of glass bottles is visibility. You can observe the liquid inside through the transparent glass, so it is necessary to leave some blank space.
Note: Different from bamboo lids and steel lids, when making a logo on the glass bottle with handle lid, an important issue to consider is that the logo cannot be aligned. Normally, when you tighten the lid, the logo will be in the center of the lid under the handle, which is the perfect position.
However, due to limitations in product production processes and techniques, there is no way to perfectly solve this problem.
If you can’t stand the problem of the logo not being well-centered, we have a few suggestions below:
1. Print a logo or pattern on the surface of the outer glass, but it can only be printed in a single color.
2. Redesign and weaken the location requirements of the logo and pattern.
