2. Add logos and text inside the stainless steel lid
There are two main methods:
Laser-engraved logos
A fast and cost-effective way with no MOQ and relatively clear results. However, laser engraving can damage the stainless steel surface to some extent.
Embossed logos
This method ensures that the logo and text remain unchanged without damaging the stainless steel surface. However, it comes with higher costs, an additional mold fee, and a relatively high MOQ. The size of the text also needs to meet certain requirements to ensure clarity.
3. Add laser-engraved logos and designs on the bottle body
Three common ways:
- Brand engraving
- Brand + pattern on one side
- Full-circle pattern engraving
Laser logo engraving on the bottle body is a common customization method. For simple designs, you can add a logo, and for more intricate patterns, a full-circle engraving can be done. However, it’s not recommended to engrave a full circle as it may affect the touch of the cup’s surface.
4. Color silk-screen print logos on bamboo
While laser logos on bamboo are recommended, for specific reasons, color logos can be printed on the bamboo surface. For single-color printing, screen printing is cost-effective. Multiple colors or color transitions may require UV printing, which comes with higher costs and may show signs of wear over time.
